- Net Banking: Pay directly from your bank account using secure net banking services from major banks across India.
- Wallets: We support leading digital wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Mobikwik for fast and easy transactions.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For added convenience, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Please note that an additional charge is applied for COD orders, and it will be clearly displayed during checkout.

4. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS with the details of your purchase.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team at support@alineware.com for assistance.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined for any reason, please verify your card details, UPI ID, or available balance before retrying. You may also contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you cancel your order or return an item, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method, following our Refund and Return Policy.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
7. EMI and Installment Purchases
For customers opting for EMI, please note that EMI eligibility and processing are subject to your credit card provider’s terms and conditions.
- The total amount will be split into monthly payments over the selected tenure, and any applicable interest charges will be levied by your bank.
